David Lock KC was called to the Bar in 1985 and awarded silk in 2011. He is a public law specialist and won the award for ‘Public Law Silk of the Year’ at the 2020 Legal 500 UK Bar Awards. He sits as a Deputy High Court Judge in the King’s Bench and Family Divisions, is a visiting professor at LSE coeditor of NHS Law and Practice and is the host of podcast Breaking Legal Glass Ceilings.
