HHJ Dewinder Birk is a family judge on the Midlands Circuit. She was appointed as a fee-paid judge of the First-tier Immigration and Asylum Tribunal in 2005 and also to the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2018. HHJ Birk is Vice Chair of the Midland Circuit Women’s Forum.
