Margherita Cornaglia is a barrister with a specialist practice in strategic climate litigation and recently founded Doughty Street’s Climate and Environmental Justice practice team. She is experienced in providing advice on case strategies from origination through to funding and development and is instructed in landmark climate claims, including Duarte Agostinho and Others v Portugal and Others, currently before Strasbourg. She is presently on secondment, leading the development of Mishcon de Reya’s strategic climate litigation programme.
