Samuel Rowe joined 5RB as a tenant in 2023 and is developing a practice across all of Chambers’ specialisms, having appeared led and unled in the High Court. Samuel has a professional and academic interest in digital regulation. Prior to joining 5RB, Samuel received his Master’s from the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford, spent several years working in law and policy for a rapidly expanding technology start up, and worked as a researcher and eventual co-author of the Independent Review of the Governance of Biometric Data (‘The Ryder Review’).
