We are looking to recruit an experienced health and safety or criminal barrister to work in a strong legal team representing various corporate clients, to include on one of the country's most significant corporate manslaughter investigations which is also likely to feature a super-inquest.
This is a superb and unique opportunity to become an expert in health and safety as well as corporate manslaughter legislation in a growing and evolving high risk industry sector with options to return to the Bar following the case with this expertise or convert to a solicitor.

Essential Skills & Experience
- You will have an excellent background in criminal and/or health and safety work with 2-7 years' call.
- You will be bright and ambitious with strong academics.
- You will be a highly determined individual capable of working effectively in a team.
- You will be able to supervise junior fee-earners.
- You will enjoy being challenged by complex legal issues and expanding your knowledge.
- You will be a confident and effective communicator.
- You will be focussed on delivering a highly professional service to blue-chip clients.
- You will possess strong IT skills.
