Intellectual Property Tenancy Opportunities

Hogarth Chambers is looking to recruit barristers to support the wide range of work undertaken in a swiftly growing set.

We are a busy Intellectual Property set comprising 5 silks and 15 juniors who have established a strong reputation as leaders in their fields, and in particular trade marks, copyright and designs law.

Applicants should demonstrate experience and excellence in the work undertaken by Hogarth Chambers’ as well as a strong client base.

Whilst Chambers is recruiting at all levels, applications are particularly welcomed from individuals who match any of the following:

-   Who are in the range 3 - 12 years’ call;

-   Who have experience in patent litigation; and/or

-   Who have a practice encompassing disputes around software (including licensing and arbitration relating to such).

Any Applicant who wishes to have an initial informal and confidential discussion with a member of our recruitment committee, should contact Jonathan Moss at recruitment@hogarthchambers.com.

Formal applications should include a covering letter, CV (which can be a link to a Chambers Profile if an Applicant believes that suffices) and a work done report. They should be sent to Jonathan Moss at recruitment@hogarthchambers.com.

We are committed to equal opportunity in the recruitment of members and regularly review our policies and procedures to ensure that this is achieved.
