Regulatory Enforcement Lawyer

We are looking for highly capable qualified Regulatory Enforcement lawyer to join our team.

The Legal Services are a team of advisory, enforcement and litigation lawyers and support colleagues. We provide high quality legal support and advice across all remits and business areas, to identify legal risks and to help to find solutions to mitigate those risks and to meet organisational objectives. Where decisions become the subject of legal challenge, whether this is in relation to regulatory or inspection activity, operational activities, or policy development. We partner closely with policy, regional and other colleagues across the organisation and look to be involved early on in proposals so that we can best assist in identifying legal issues and helping to resolve them.
