Senior Commercial Lawyer (5 year fixed term contract)

The Law Officers of the Crown are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join the commercial team headed by the Director of Commercial Law.

Based in Guernsey, they will provide experienced senior level legal support as a commercial lawyer to the States of Guernsey, the States of Alderney, the Chief Pleas of Sark, and other associated clients upon a wide range of commercial contracts and property related matters. 

Additionally, to provide support for major construction, infrastructure and service-related projects and contribute to their successful procurement.
