European Union – Public procurement. The General Court of the European Union ruled on the applications by European Dynamics Luxembourg and another company for annulment of two decisions of the European Commission, rejecting the tenders submitted by those companies in respect of two Requests for Quotation regarding the provision of certain information technology services. The General Court annulled the first contested decision but refused to annul the second. Further, the application, pursuant to art 268 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, seeking damages for the harm allegedly caused to the applicants due to the loss of opportunity to perform the second contract at issue, was dismissed.
