Civil procedure – Personal Injury – Defective product – Relevancy and specification of averments. Court of Session: Refusing reclaiming motions in two actions in which the pursuers averred that they had suffered serious adverse cardiovascular events after being prescribed and ingesting an anti-inflammatory drug produced by the defenders, and the defenders challenged the relevancy and specification of the pursuers' pleadings, the court held that the Lord Ordinary had not erred in allowing parties a proof before answer of their respective averments.
