The General Court of the European Union dismissed the action brought by Grundig Multimedia AG against the decision of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs), confirming rejection of the applicant's application for registration of the word sign 'Pianissimo' as a Community trade mark.
