European Union – Public procurement. The applicant company's action for annulment of the European Parliament's decision, pursuant to art 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, refusing the applicant access to the requests for quotation concerning all the lots covered by a call for tenders would be dismissed. The General Court of the European Union held that although the Parliament had been bound, in principle, to carry out a specific, individual examination of all the documents requested, however, in light of the amount of work entailed, the proposal made by the Parliament and the applicant's attitude, the Parliament had been entitled to claim an unreasonable burden of work in refusing to carry out such an examination.
