Gunvor SA v Sky Oil & Gas Ltd (previously known as Keystone Trade Oil & Gas Group (UK) Ltd)

Contract – Breach of contract. On the facts, the claimant company, Gunvor SA (as seller), had made out its primary case against the defendant company, Sky Oil and Gas Ltd (as buyer), for breach of a contract for the sale of gasoline. Accordingly, the Commercial Court held that Gunvor SA was entitled to damages for losses incurred.
