Practice – Order. Following the dismissal of the claimant's claim, the Administrative Court held that any application for permission to appeal should be made to the Court of Appeal, Civil Division. It further continued orders for interim relief until the determination of any application for permission to appeal or determination of the appeal, and determined that all existing orders for costs would stand and, as to the balance, it was right that the parties bore their own costs, notwithstanding that the defendant Revenue and Customs Commissioners had won the case.
