Town and country planning – Permission for development. The Administrative Court quashed the defendant local planning authority's grant of outline planning permission for the erection of a dwelling on land in the Green Belt. There had been an inadequacy of reasons to support the conclusion that the proposed development amounted to limited infill in a village in the light of the earlier decision to the contrary and it could not be concluded that the outcome for the claimant would not have been substantially different if the conduct complained of had not occurred.
