Extradition – Extradition order. The Administrative Court allowed the appellant's appeal against orders for his extradition to Poland to serve an activated sentence for three offences of fraud obtaining credit worth some £600. After finding material errors of fact in the judge's conclusion as to the breach of conditions of the suspended sentence and that his handling of a litigant in person had not conformed with best practice, the court held that extradition would be disproportionate.
